It's a very commonly taught approach to yoga, and there are many specific styles or practices that can be classified as vinyasa. What do you want to know about it?0

Vinyasa yoga is a yoga practice that takes you through a series of poses or flows in a connected manner. They typically build up, the first flow starting with just a couple of poses and then increases to a half dozen or more, so there is a lot of movement and repetition as you go through and build onto each sequence. Along the way through the flow the instructor usually provides multiple options so both the novice and experienced practitioner can stay challenged. I find Vinyasa very beneficial and challenging as it works your full body and the repetition allows you to get deeper into the poses and work out tightness. Some classes are held in heated rooms that also promote stretching (and sweating).0

Yoga In general is a mood enhancer. It centers your mind and body. Vinyasa is a series of fluid movements . It’s a great work out and ends in shavasana , everyone’s favorite . 😉0
