Fairly new to MFP and I'm finding being able to see it "written down" is a really big help with everything. My goal is not necessarily to lose weight, although I do need to lose weight, but to be healthy and tone. The losing weight will come with the new habits. I'm a night worker so always here to motivate and encourage during those dark hours for the US. :happy:

You work in the graveyard too? YAY I am not alone! My shifts are normally from 9:30pm-8:45am – So I understand about the nighttime issue! It is a pain to deal with – lucky me, I lose my appetite at night (for the most part). Welcome to MFP, I have been here for a few years and the friends that have stuck by me have been amazing support systems even when I fall off the grid! You can add me as a friend if you would like. I could always use more friends and more support.
