How do you log hasfit workouts?

I started doing some of the body weight and resistance bands video workouts on HASfit.com, but I'm not sure how to log them. I don't want to have to put each individual exercise like push ups and lunges. Any suggestions? They are about 30 min long and the video says they burn 200-300 calories.

Ignore the video as that's based on average stats, just log it as the Strength Training entry from the Cardio database in MFP.

I use strength training minutes under cardio for HASfit

When I am doing one of their cardio+strength videos (like their tabata video which I love), I use my watch to track the estimated calories burned and I usually burn on the high end of the range they put on the videos. However, I always assume that my watch is considerably overestimating my calories burned so I only actually let myself eat back 50% of my exercise calories anyhow. Now, when I do a pure strength workout like the 20 minutes arms video I honestly don’t even count those calories for the purposes of eating them back. Everything I’ve read says strength training burns very few calories so I only eat back my cardio calories.
