need support, recovering from nerve damage in my leg

Six months ago, I had a total knee replacement in my right leg and suffered nerve damage with a dropped foot. I have 5 1/2 months of PT and am now ready to lose weight I gained with taking a time out on my life. thank you for any kindness. Mary in Alaska, ujmk75
