Hi all. I am new to this board and am happy to be here. I love keeping healthy and fit and love to hear from others of their journeys. I have been working out at 5am for the last 23 years and try to eat healthy and clean for the most part as a lot of foods give me headaches. Now that I am 47 years old its been much harder to to maintain my weight (hormones :| ) I walk on the treadmill for an hour 6 days a week and some mornings it is tough! Has anyone else gone through this as they got older? What did you do to help the situation? Would love to hear about it! Look forward to your responses!
