Healthier (but still tasty) snacks?

I believe I might have developed some sort of food sensitivities due to the years of poor eating, but I don't know if IBS is it, tbh, sometimes, like with chips and french fries, the reason seems quite simple. I think high fat foods are troublesome for me. Nuts are quite high in fat, so that might be why they trouble me when I eat them in larger quantities.
In some cases it's not as easily explained, like, bulgur makes my stomach ache. Why? I don't know, but every time I've eaten it, I've gotten a stomach ache. Someone said gluten, but I can eat pasta and bread without issues, so it doesn't seem like that's it.
Anyway, I do sometimes eat sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, they're really good, I guess I've just never considered them to be a snack. I could try it for sure, I believe I have some at home.
I've never had flourless banana bread before. Bananas are expensive around here, but I usually buy them anyway (one of my few "luxury foods"), I'm not sure how economic it would be to turn them into bread, but I suppose you only have one slice? maybe it would be a nice way to eat bananas, hmm.
Also, @GottaBurnEm... , your post made me chuckle I don't know if something like that would work for me, but when the time comes, I'll make sure to remember it!0
