Posting for motivation to continue my cut, started this week.
I went down to 170 from 230 and gained half of it back the past 3 months after my wedding (enjoying myself overseas for honeymoon, eating carelessly etc)
The picture from 230lbs is where it all began over a year ago, I don’t have any pics when I was 170 unfortunately 😐

Thought I’d throw this out here, even though my diet was horrible since July, I did keep up with going to the gym (2-3 a week weight training) as I truly enjoy lifting, dieting is the hard part haha.
I promise an update in 3 months! And hopefully I’ll be back to where I was by then.
