How do I eat more?

Hi....
I am not managing to reach my necessary calorie intake. I don't want to stop my workouts. But homemade Indian food is generally low in calories & really filling. I have stopped sweets completely, except maybe once week..... Since I have reduced my eating out, I am finding it really difficult to fill up the calories.
I have lost 2 pounds in 1 week and am thrilled !! So I am getting a bit nervous about the warnings I am getting after logging my entries.....
What do I do?
Thanks in advance.........................

You could add additional olive oil to your meals,
or eat nuts, seeds, avocado.
If you drink milk up your % e.i. if you drink skim increase to 1%.
Drink some or more juice0 -

I've seen similar posts and people usually reply to add a smoothie or maybe some type of protein drink to your day.0
