    Go to the "Getting Started" Board - right at the top is the "Adopt A Noob" pinned entry. That thread is where those willing to mentor post what they are offering (and there are instructions on how to contact a potential mentor who you feel would be a good fit for you) There is also a cross-link there to a "I am a Noob looking for a Mentor" thread.
