So I’m struggling after reaching 219 pounds and coming down to 164 how loose my skin is in the breast area. I’m still trying to loose weight as I’m not at my goal weight but how do I tighten this area up. Everything else I can figure out. Is surgery the only way?

Unfortunately, the only way to fix the saggy, loose skin in the breast area is through surgery. I know because the same happened to me. My heaviest was 225 and I dropped down to 165. My boobs were pretty droopy afterwards.0

You will some skin "tightening" after you are done, up to two years afterwards.4

I’m probably going to get ten thousand Woos for this, but whatever. Let the haters hate. I wanted to share with you what worked for me- Collagen supplement. Bought it off of Amazon & put it in my coffee every morning. My skin tightened up like a dream. I lost 150+ lbs and had some loose skin. Thought I was going to need skin removal surgery. Not the case. Did some research & found this. Over time your skin adjusts but collagen helps big time. Congratulations on kicking butt!!! Keep up the awesome work!!9
