It is nice to have Forum if someone need help :)

I am 38, 5ft 7 and weight 57KG at the moment....

The Fitness pal on my Ipad is brilliant and I just watching my Carbs but I do have soft spot when come to Choclates(I need to cut that down! lol)

My Goal is try get the 6 pack but it isnt going be easy!

Tomorrow, I going start training as I had 2 weeks break from the gym!

I hoping that if I keep my carbs and sugar low and eat well. I bought Green Tea 1000mg which would be good for burning fat when I go stepper(I dont like cardio but I had to do them if I want to achieve it!) :)

IF Any Guys got good tips then it would good learn from :)
