Anyone ever used a fat mobiliser with their supplements???

Looking at some of this....Pure Warrior Fat Mobiliser..........

EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:
L-Carnitine (from levocarnitine tartrate 518 mg) 350 mg, Choline (from choline bitartate 56 mg) 26.32 mg, Chromium (from chromic chloride hexahydrate 128.30 mcg) 25 mcg, Chromium (from chromium picolinate 67 mcg) 8.32 mcg, Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 5 mcg, Lecithin 20 mg, Methionine 50 mg

Those that are supplement inclined, is this any good?

Fat burners are junk and a waste. Don’t waste your money. Stick to the proven and free method: a calorie deficit

It's crap. Belows thread has a lot of good supplement information. But more importantly, why are you supplementing?
