Tracking calories HELP !!

Okay I’m a little confused when tracking calories , after I import my exercises it then adds on more calories I’m guessing for me to eat is this correct ? Thanking in Advance just want make sure I’m doing it right ty I’m suppose to eat 1646 cal a day .

Yes, MFP intends you to eat the exercise calories, also.
If you followed instructions and included only your daily life activity (job, chores, etc. - not intentional exercise) in your "activity level" setting, MFP gave you a calorie goal that it estimates would achieve your target weight loss rate (half a pound a week or whatever you set it as) without doing any exercise at all. So, when you exercise, you eat those calories, too, in order to keep that same target weight loss rate.
You'll see some people here recommending eating only a percentage of the exercise calories. That's because some people worry that their exercise calories might be over-estimated, so they want to be conservative about it.
No matter how you handle it, you'll want to stick with a consistent approach for 4-6 weeks, then compare your actual weight loss rate to your target. If necessary/appropriate, you can then adjust your calorie intake up or down as needed. It's all just estimates at first, to start . . . experience tells us more accurately.
