Should I take Pre workout

I just wondering should I take pre workout before I do lifting training? Cause I feel these days I couldn’t increase the weight that I lifted, also my friend suggested me take pre workout can help fat burns, is it correct? If yes, is there any brand you guys will recommend for me, thanks 🙏

Hey there, have a little read about what they do first and then decide if you still want to go ahead. I sometimes use pre workout for focus but some of them have had a very bad reaction with me in the past, making me itchy and red!
