Monday- 20 min strength and 10 min
HIIT
Tue- 1 hr kickboxing- burn around 100-150 cals
Wed- rest
Thursday- 1 hr kickboxing burn around 100-150 cals
Friday- 30 min strength training and 10min HIIT
Sat- rest
Sunday- 20 min HIIT and 10 min strength training.
Will this help me to lose weight? Do you think I’m overtraining? I know it’s 70% diet and 30% exercise. I’m 60 kg and my goal is 55kg

its actually 100% calorie deficit.
if you want to create that deficit with exercise that's fine, but you don't have to. you can lose weight without exercise, though doing regular exercise is always recommended for good health
what you have listed there is not over training. if you are new to exercise though, you might want to build up slowly.0 -

I have always been under the impression that you will know if you’re over training because everything will hurt and you feel like dying.
In all seriousness though, I’m going to assume you’re doing lighter weights and high reps for those strength training sessions? I’ve always found those easy. The HIIT sessions are all on the shorter side so I don’t think you’ll run into much trouble recovering from that. I think you’ll be fine. Incorporate some stretching after intense sessions, get a good protein powder if you’re lacking. That being said, the only metric I have is how I would feel doing a week of that and I’m not really new to exercise. My body may be in a totally different place than yours is!
As for losing weight, I’m fairly certain that ANY exercise will help losing weight if your nutrition is checked.3
