this may sound strange, but the flab on my belly is a little uneven. like my left side is out further than my right. (told you it would sound strange!) it's not noticible, except to me. anyway i always just figured it had to do with how i carried one of my kids, but now i figured since i had so many friends on here i just ask to see:wink:

I have never had kids and mine is uneven. I just figure it is how I carry my fat.

I have a place on my lower right ab that is stretched a little...I think it is from carrying children as well...don't know if that is where his head or his feet were...you know how you feel them stretch now and then.

Believe it or not I am glad you asked this question. For the first time in my life and since I have been trying to lose weight here lately. When I exercise I lay on the floor on my back and I notice the right side of my lower stomach has a bulge that hangs to the side and my left side is normal. I have wondered about how to firm it up or tone it up. At my age I would say it has to be how the fat has hung on there for some reason. This may sound dumb , but when I sit in my chair I always sit with my feet up in the chair and lean to my right side. It's just a thought I had since I noticed it. :frown: Anyway your not alone, maybe when I lose more fat it will hopefully go from there.

I don't have kids, but my sister swears her hips are un even from carrying kids on her hip...Her oldest is 16 and the youngest is 5 so basically for the past 16 years she has since she still carries the youngest sometimes.

I have two children, and yes, my lower ab is definitely fatter on the left side. I too thought I was the only one.
