34lbs in 3.5 months?

I’ve lost 66lbs since March 22nd, and I’d love to reach 100lbs lost by my 1 year mark. I’ve got 3 and a half months left. I’m sticking with a keto diet and about 30 minutes of cardio a day with various strength training. Any pointers on what else I can do to get this 34lbs off by then? Picture for fun! 😊

That's an aggressive goal. that's about 2.5 lbs per week.
I think most MFP members will agree it's not sustainable.
Weight loss, as you have probably figured out by now, is a journey, not a destination.
You need to progress to a point where you can maintain the weight loss.
Slow and steady. Why? Because once you reach your goal you run the risk of gaining weight back because that's what happen's when your weight loss goals are too aggressive.
Remember, once you achieve your goal, the diet and exercise regimen must continue otherwise you fall prey to old habits.
Get in the habit (for life) to eat moderately and healthy and to exercise regularly.3 -
Congrats on your amazing success! Weight loss does and should slow down with less to lose. With 34 lbs left, you should target about 1 lb per week. Begin strength training to keep muscle if you don't already do that. Also begin thinking about your maintenance plan. It's really important to set yourself up for long term success.2

This is exactly what I was going to say
Once you get closer to the end of the weight loss process, deadlines can be dodgy. Less wiggle room, more visibility to hormonal and water weight fluctuations.
