Having just lost a stone and a half my goal is to maintain my weight and improve my fitness5

I’m trying to lose 60 or more pounds. My mother said I need to aim for 80 but 60 is my first goal. Im new to MFP. I’ve been watching what I eat since last month. This month I started exercising more with walking my dog 4-5 times a week and doing Pilates for beginners 2-3 times a week.6

Looking to start out with a small goal of 25-pounds! Overall being a bit healthier than I have been.3
-
I have been using MyFitnessPal for a while, but I really want to start focusing on my overall health in the new year, not just the calories! I used to spend my calories on junk food and wondered why I was starving all of the time. Now I want to begin to focus on WHAT I eat and try to make choices that are both filling and fueling for my body!4

Right now I'm maintaining after a cut. So far so good1

My goal is to be under 200lbs so 199 for good measure. I don’t know the last time I’ve been under 200, maybe when I was a kid. I’m about 6lbs away, soon as I reach that goal. I would like to lose more and keep up the new lifestyle5

To reach 250 is my main goal and i am currently 291 pounds so im reach for 270 first.3

My first goal is to be under 200 (50 to go), but my ultimate goal is to lose 125 lbs total. That would bring me down to a healthy weight for my height.2

Weight related goals:
1) CGW is getting down to 150. 12lbs to go!
2) UGW is 120lbs.
Non-scale goals include:
1) Reducing carbon footprint by eating more local foods.
2) Upping my family's produce intake.
3) Eliminating refined and processed foods when possible.
GL, everyone!!2 -
10K steps min per day or some type of workout per day
1400 max calories
Lots of water
Lose 15lbs to get back to where I felt amazing!2 -
1. Get down to 20% body fat.
2. Lose 10 lbs (I lost 15lbs in 2018 and maintained) 😁
3. Weight train (seriously) 3-4x week
4. Run another marathon1 -
1) Drop 15lbs to start with (maybe I should break this down into 3 x 5lb)?
2) Run more and try to be consistent.
3) Start to introduce weight training when I get that weight off and become a consistent runner.1 -

I find smaller goals easier to reach personally. You can do it!0 -
I'm avoiding the scale until at least next summer, so my main goal is to commit myself to actually logging my food and to meal prepping so I'm not tempted to eat out for lunch everyday3

I like it! I'm shooting to lose 50 lbs, 1lb/week, so by Christmas 2019 I'm back to my healthy walking-around weight. Day 1, so right now I'm simply aiming to log my intake and get a good idea of how much I'm shooting myself in the foot, then see when/where I can fit in more physical activity.2 -

I've recently recovered from surgery as well. It can be difficult to start again, but you got this! Slow and steady. 😊0 -
