I have been using MyFitnessPal for a while, but I really want to start focusing on my overall health in the new year, not just the calories! I used to spend my calories on junk food and wondered why I was starving all of the time. Now I want to begin to focus on WHAT I eat and try to make choices that are both filling and fueling for my body! :)

My first goal is to be under 200 (50 to go), but my ultimate goal is to lose 125 lbs total. That would bring me down to a healthy weight for my height.

    Weight related goals:
    1) CGW is getting down to 150. 12lbs to go!
    2) UGW is 120lbs.
    Non-scale goals include:
    1) Reducing carbon footprint by eating more local foods.
    2) Upping my family's produce intake.
    3) Eliminating refined and processed foods when possible.

    GL, everyone!!

    1. Get down to 20% body fat.
    2. Lose 10 lbs (I lost 15lbs in 2018 and maintained) 😁
    3. Weight train (seriously) 3-4x week
    4. Run another marathon

    1) Drop 15lbs to start with (maybe I should break this down into 3 x 5lb)?
    2) Run more and try to be consistent.
    3) Start to introduce weight training when I get that weight off and become a consistent runner.

I find smaller goals easier to reach personally. You can do it!

I'm avoiding the scale until at least next summer, so my main goal is to commit myself to actually logging my food and to meal prepping so I'm not tempted to eat out for lunch everyday

I like it! I'm shooting to lose 50 lbs, 1lb/week, so by Christmas 2019 I'm back to my healthy walking-around weight. Day 1, so right now I'm simply aiming to log my intake and get a good idea of how much I'm shooting myself in the foot, then see when/where I can fit in more physical activity.
