5k to 10k

Options
Can anyone recommend a good 5k to 10k? I need some motivation to get out and run, but no local races coming up soon so I thought following an app might help!

    Last year, I ran 5K a couple times, then upped my weekly long run to 6K the next week, and 7K the next week, and 8K the next week, and was going to do 9K the next week, but decided to do 10K instead.

    And I was doing 2-3 km runs a couple days a week in between.

    If you want an app, Zen Labs has a C210K app. I used their C25K and then started the other app, but ended up doing my own thing instead. The C210K does start at short runs, but you can skip the first few weeks and start where the other ends.

    i used the bridge to 10k. it picks up at the end of a c25k program
    you can use from the couch or pick it up at 5k
