am almost on day 155 of logging in, but that doesn't mean a thing if I'm not logging food and exercising. Anyone can just open an app once a day for recognition. I kind of wish it was set up that it only counted your days if you actually log food/exercise and complete each day. Any who... I got back to logging my food last week and being accountable for what I eat/drink. I am on mini vacation for the weekend visiting my parents, so I am taking a break. I plan on getting back into the swing of things, full force tomorrow, now that I have both kids in school. I am also being accountable for any weight I have gained back. After my gallbladder surgery on June 10th, I got down to 124lbs. (I was at 130lbs the day of my surgery.) As of today, I am back at 133lbs. My muscle I was starting to build has turned back to fat. It's time to get my rear back in gear!! I could use more motivation, so y'all feel free to add me as a friend. The more the merrier!!
