Starting....again.

I’m sure many of you share a similar story...losing and gaining weight. So I’m starting again. Last year I got down to my lowest weight: 160 and I felt amazing. However, depression and then having to go back to night shift and here I am back to my (almost ) heaviest: 200lbs. I tried losing weight with just common sense portion control without tracking but now that I work nights my meal times are so out of whack. I have been successful with MFP before so I know I can do this.
I also had joined My Peak Challenge in September but never really got started. However now I’m starting again with that as well. Joining my company gym. Hope everyone has a nice day and hopefully I’ll have some progress soon!
