Boris Johnson (UK politician) gets to the point

Boris gets to the point without realizing it.

The point being that to lose weight, one makes reform to one's eating habits. Exercise, of course, is good for your health, but not sufficient for your well being. It took a few hundred extra words, but the elements of sanity are within the story.

This guy is an idiot and a liar.26

yes , diet is the most important . sadly as Boris writes , time seems to go by very slowly while we are dieting .3

I'm not going to click. I'm not much interested in anything he has to say.
He may be right, he may be wrong. I don't care. There are other sources of information that aren't him.21 -
Having read it, I'm pretty sure his comment is not really about dieting.9

I don't care what Boris Johnson has to say about anything, let alone diet and exercise. I prefer my diet advice to come without a side of Brexit propaganda. I don't go to Alex Jones for health tips either.23

Hey, I got two woos here I think, here I'm proud of them.10

started reading link - gave up, just got too long winded before getting to point
I agree with your view about him yirara.
So, yes, he might be right about eating less to lose weight (if that was his point, didnt get to the end) - but derr, tell us something we don't know and tell us without throwing in your political clap trap.11 -
Well, we're getting very political here, but he and his cronies are responsible for driving me out of the UK. And *trying to get back on topic* by doing so made me temporarily live in air bnbs and with moving boxes everywhere, and hence I snacked too much and could not/was too tired to work out10

The post was an attempt to share a political article and masquerade it as diet advice, so I definitely don't think you are the one making too political in here.
And that sucks. As an American living overseas, I can certainly understand how the political situation in ones country affects their desire to want to/be able to stay in it. Lets just say I am not exactly trying to move back to the USA anytime soon because of certain situations there.13 -
I came in here as I thought he'd lost weight/joined MFP 😂2

Yeah, I understand you. The US would not be my choice either to be honest. Fortunately I'm not British, thus being out of the UK means that Brexit won't affect me anymore. I'm very worried about my British friends though.6 -
Nice to see a politician who admits to trying to lose weight. Hope he doesn't go all out and then fizzles. 12 lbs in 2 weeks seems a bit extreme.
ETA: I also wonder how many celebrities lurk around here.1 -
He's an idiot and a proven liar. Lose weight? Growing a conscience might be a better use of his efforts.6

Romesh Ranganathan (sp?) was using MFP a few months back. He mentioned it on Twitter.
