Getting fit to run easier

Jumping into 1200 calories a day with a goal weight loss of 32 pounds after a 12 pound gain from couple stressful years. Off to a good start but I can be fickle about sticking to a plan. Have a 10 mile run coming up in April that is my motivator want to be light enough to enjoy. :-) Excited to be here and committed to the journey!

Thanks but for me not so much. My joints have many miles and need a little tlc. I have trained for a 1/2 before without focusing on diet and it was not nearly as enjoyable as when I have done both in the past.0
