I've done this time and time again. I've started to try to loose weight and I either get busy or hit a plateau and give up.

Now after having our 3rd child almost 8 months ago I'm just over 200lbs. I hate looking in the mirror. I hate taking my clothes off, even just to shower.
I have no energy and get out of breath so easily. With 3 young children I need to loose weight get healthy and get in shape for my children.

    When you prepare dinner for you and your family, just eat a little bit less than you would normally do. Do this everyday.

    I used to always have a second helping, not no more. A diet without dieting.

    You can do it!! Make a small change or two and stick to it! And remember, if you have a bad day and overdo it, it's one day. Start over the next day and don't let that "failure" be an excise to stop again!
