I need help

So here’s A short version of my story I started November 25, 2016 and so far I’ve lost 60 pounds. I’ve been able to maintain that weight for a year give or take 5 pounds. My issue now is that I have been maintaining the same way give or take 5 pounds for one year even though I would like to lose about 10 to 15 more pounds of fat. I work out five days a week lots of strength training and I just started adding more cardio. I can’t seem to get back on track with logging my food and staying in a calorie deficit I think about food all the time and I always feel hungry. I wish I could get back on the same mindset that I had when I lost those 60 pounds. I don’t feel comfortable in my body right now. The most discouraging thing is that I haven’t been able to lose anymore weight and one year. This girl keeps going from 151 156 over and over again. I have definitely put on a lot of muscle however I think it would look better if Eileen out more. Any advice? Ps I hate cardio but I’ve added more within the last week. I however love lifting weights. It was so much easier to lose weight at the beginning and now it seem impossible. I’ve tried IF but that’s been hard because I always wake up starving and feel like I have to eat something.
