I like this fitness guy’s YouTube videos. He’s an IF advocate and tends to use the term “time restricted eating” - enjoy.

Based on this video... He's a salesman, nothing more. His information isn't exactly wrong, but it is incomplete and/or misleading.
- If calories aren't being restricted, either consciously or unconsciously, weight loss won't happen. Period. The guy never even mentions calories or portions or...
- I've heard that insulin response improves during fasted state. I've also heard that OMAD approaches can mute insulin response. So, net effect is... ?
- What happens at the end of the 5 weeks? Is he expecting people to maintain that 5th week approach long term?
