    Based on this video... He's a salesman, nothing more. His information isn't exactly wrong, but it is incomplete and/or misleading.
    1. If calories aren't being restricted, either consciously or unconsciously, weight loss won't happen. Period. The guy never even mentions calories or portions or...
    2. I've heard that insulin response improves during fasted state. I've also heard that OMAD approaches can mute insulin response. So, net effect is... ?
    3. What happens at the end of the 5 weeks? Is he expecting people to maintain that 5th week approach long term?
