It increased my appetite TREMENDOUSLY and I gained a huge amount of weight. I've switched to Latuda now but my appetite is still as high. I learned that tracking my calories held my accountable, I can no longer eat intuitively like I used to and maintain a slim figure. I started at 200 lbs and now I am at 151 lbs with a goal of reaching 125lbs. So it is definitely possible albeit tougher than most would have it in my opinion. I still think about food way too often

I'd rather have these issues than go manic though so I will deal.
