What do you generally eat? Could be something else besides the protein.

Yes, sorry. I remembered this thread when it was live. Thus yeah, it stuck. I thought I'd share the joy. :D

As a married man of almost 5 years, I can testify that everybody farts. The sooner ya'll get okay with that with each other, the better.

I never farted this much in my life & especially the silent ones which are toxic & gets everyones attention.

I eat 5 eggs in the morning with bread and a banana. Then i eat chicken and rice all day with lil veggies.

Huh, that seems like generally mild stuff. I was thinking some kind of intolerance. How's your fiber intake? You might consider bringing it up with your doctor and talk about an potential elimination diet to figure out the problem food(s).

What does that come out to in grams/day? It might be that you're consuming more protein than your body can utilize for muscle synthesis, thus the fart issue.

Perhaps it's your gut microbiome telling you they want more veggies? ;)

    I'm only partly kidding.

Are you getting enough fat intake through the day? Digestive systems like some fat.

How long have you been off dairy? Is it a recent thing? Did cutting dairy help at all?
