Newbie to fitness. Need an Accountability Partner

Hi,
I have recently started going to my fitness center for two weeks. I'm 135 lb,5'6" male. My main goal is to get rid of my belly fat and bulk up my arms and chest.
I'm new to all this so need a male buddy to keep me on track. I tried looking up diet plans but not sure what would work best for me.
I would like an AP who is in the same boat as me so we could share our progress and keep each other motivated to achieve our goals.
