Ordering Sushi tonight- Sashimi question

ordering sushi later today and plan on getting Sashimi.

Question is how do you weigh this or measure this easily? Old school piece by piece or some other way i dont know.

Each piece is roughly half an ounce. Logging per piece is the best way. Depending on the type of fish, calories will vary, but just type in (type of fish) sashimi and options will pop up.

I also do piece by piece, I find sushi is pretty consistent in size.
