Long term success

Hi all,
As a proponent of "Best Weight" (put forth by Yoni Freedhoff- which is essentially whatever weight you reach when living the healthiest life you can enjoy), I found this post interesting. I have not been able to maintain my 50 pound loss, but I have been able to maintain a 37ish pound loss (for about 2 years). If I saw this as a failure, I might regain right back up and over the original. If I can see it as a success, I can continue to maintain- and maybe eventually find an even healthier life I can enjoy.

Here is a more basic breakdown of the obesity study...it points out there are flaws and it also doesn't state that the goal to maintain the weight loss is impossible, just "low".2
