How many calories was my lunch?

Hi, I just went out to lunch with family at a vegan place.
Unfortunately, MFP doesn’t have any information on the place’s menu and I need your help estimating the nutrition and calorie counts of my meal. If you could help me find any equivalents in the database, that would be great.
Here is a picture of my lunch, with a dime for scale.
Starting at 11 o’clock going clockwise, the items on my plate are white bean chili, vegan macaroni and cheese, sautéed kale and Swiss chard with EVOO and garlic, and tofu cooked with orange zest.
Any help you can give would be great, especially from those of you who are vegetarians.

That lunch looks delicious. I want to eat there!
I would search the MFP database for the closest match on each item and choose the entries that are on the higher calorie side. Restaurant food usually has more oil than we expect. You can pull out your measuring cups at home and try to estimate how big the portions were.
Any time you didn’t cook the food yourself, your calorie count is going to be an estimate. Just estimate the best you can.3 -
