Today is the first day of the rest of my life - most of us have heard of that saying.
I recently retired (early) and its now time to lose some weight. I am in Australia and therefore when it comes to losing weight I talk kilograms instead of pounds. I want to lose 15kg which equates to 33lbs.
I have been told to lose weight we need to look at low card type diets. What are your opinions on that?
Chat to you soon.
Cheers
