How to break a plateau?

I have lost 66lbs since March (45 of which has been lost since Nov. 2nd), but for the last week and a half the scale hasn’t moved. I really need to figure out how to break this plateau! I’m on a strictly keto diet and I exercise almost daily. (30 minutes of cardio/30 minutes of strength training). Any tips or advice would be great!!!
Also, for those of you who are wondering why my weight came off slowly, then all at once... I was pregnant! lol I actually lost weight during pregnancy! I gave birth to my beautiful daughter on Nov. 2nd. Since then I’ve been able to kick it into high gear.

A week and a half really isn't a plateau. Weight loss isn't linear. Anything from undigested food to too much sodium, time of month, water weight... Those are just the easy culprits off the top of my head. If the scale doesn't move for six weeks or more, it might be time to look at what you're eating and see if your measuring is as accurate as it can be.5

Awww your baby is adorable! And your beautiful ❤
Could it be because you're gaining some muscle? Are you lifting more? 💪

You have been losing since March and this is the first time you have gone a week and a half without losing weight?!2

Most common reasons/fixes for plateaus...
- Not being patient enough with weight loss.
- Not being strict enough with logging.

- either #1 or #2, or both
- Being in a deficit for "too long" - read up on diet breaks
