Hi thought download the app n keep track of my intakes. As I’m on my mission to drop my body fat percentage. Been weight training for 7/8 years on n off. Only recently start doing cardio in the morning to shift the stubborn fat. Diet is pretty clean and train 5 times a week. Any pointers to help me is appreciated👍
