Ah yes, the holy grail of getting yoked and lean at the same time. Depending on your situation there's only so much of this that's possible and/or likely. Some additional info pertaining to your current bodily stats and lifting experience would be helpful for specific recommendations. In general, those starting into lifting who are overweight can still make nice strength and some muscle gains while still eating at a deficit to lose fat. Otherwise, you're options are cut/bulk cycles, and bodily recomposition (aka recomp) where you eat near maintenance level. Both of which take time and effort and are largely personal preference pertaining to which one is "best".
Pertaining to cut/bulk cycles, the standard advice for men is to cut to 10-12% body fat and bulk back to 15% (18% at most depending on advice source).1
