I didn’t want to wait until the new year to start working on my goals, so I’m starting now. Over the last year I’ve focused on a healthy lifestyle and have cultivated some good habits like calorie monitoring and a spin class regimen. This has allowed me to lose a lot of weight happily & look great for my wedding. Going forward though, I’d like to become more focused on my macro nutrition, building some more muscle, and focusing on my physical & mental strength. I’m excited to start switching up my diet & exercise routine & communicating with like-minded members of MFP.
