I’m still about 30 lbs from my goal but holy crap. I never thought I would get this far. I’m just wanting to shout it to the world right now!

I’m telling you! I didn’t realize it until I took a side by side and was like ohhh wow. Like yeah my clothes are a bit looser but I always wear dresses so it’s not like my pants got any smaller lol.3 -

I have had mfp for a few years and would track for like a month here and a month there, nothing really consistent.
I started losing weight in May after having a hysterectomy (not trying) and by June I had dropped about 25 lbs without much effort, I just didn’t have an appetite really. Then I figured I may as well actually put effort into it.
So I started tracking consistently on MFP in September (i started tracking on another app in July though) . Joined a local rec center in October.
Now here I am.2 -
I just love how so many of these before and after pictures, the before show them sitting doing nothing and the after they are in the gym or out hiking, I love it...
