Inputting foods into calorie section of my fitness pal

Hello, any ideas how I input a certain number of food I’ve had, fairly new to using this app and doesn’t help they have just updated it which has made it more confusing for me lol. This morning I had 2 crumpets with cheese, a cup of tea (with two sugars). The cheese I cut to size I wanted. Would I need to weigh cheese to work out calorie intake and add it separate in breakfast section?? :-)

Yeah, weighing the cheese and adding it as a separate item from the crumpets would be the most accurate way, and probably the most convenient too.0

Welcome to MFP.
Weigh everything, not just the cheese, before entering it.
If that is a frequent breakfast, save it as a meal then you just have to check the weight and alter, if needed, the individual components.
Do double check your entries against the mfg packaging or website, or use the USDA data base for single item foods, veg, meat, grains, oils, etc.
It takes time to get proficient with your logging, but the more you log the easier it gets.
Cheers, h.1
