Hey guys. Former Marine who just got too un healthy in East Texas. I started 3 weeks at 282 lbs and I’m down 13 lbs. I’m 5’7”, Yup as round as I am tall. I’m 38 yo and on Blood Pressure and Cholesterol meds... After a short time and eating healthy with regular exercise I have been able to drop the BP meds. I have found MyFitnessPal app absolutely the key to tracking my calories, exercise, and macros. It keeps me on track. Goal is to lose 100 lbs.. 87 to go
