Ready for Christmas?

Who's got their Christmas shopping and/or wrapping done?
If your not done, what's your "excuse"?

I'll go first.
The shopping is done. Yaaaaay!!! I'd like to thank amazon and target online for that.
The wrapping... not so much, less than half done actually.
My excuses:
1) remodeling and the tore up house makes finding a place to spread out the wrapping a lot harder.
2)The clutter from the remodeling stresses me out.
3)I'm lazy
4)I work at a school so it's easy for me to justify putting off wrapping until Christmas break (which for us around here starts TOMORROW!!!)

Well... I had a plan of getting the damn Christmas tree like two weeks ago. It's gonna have to be tomorrow.

Done, done and done. Outside lights, stockings and a fake tree.. gifts are wrapped and in place. I have 1 gift card to get for someone that I wont see till after Christmas so that doesn't count.

Made homemade blankets and mailed them to all the family far away, post office was nuts! Now I just have to finish the blankets for family that lives here, already finished friends and gave them their gifts last week 😊. Also making my mom a giant snoopy Christmas yard sign, just gotta paint the details on today. We’ve had our tree up and decorations since the day after thanksgiving. But hubby the dog and I are escaping to the mountains for the actual week of Christmas, can’t wait to get away!

Yep, my no chrismahaunikwanzamas shopping is done.
No wrapping since I don't need to shop for anyone.

No decorations either since I don't decorate. No need to.

On the plus side my cats will still wake me up at 4am to let them outside.
