    Use almond milk or light soy milk to minimize calories

    Not sure about you guys but whenever I eat cereal I get hungry two hours later

    I always need to supplement a plain bowl of cereal or oatmeal with protein and fat. So like a serving of oatmeal with scrambled eggs or a serving of cereal with salami provolone roll-ups.
