Help with hitting macros, rest day calories

So I was doing intermittent fasting for a while but was finding it very difficult to hit my macros within only two meals, plus I was feeling more fatigued at the end of my work out than usual. I started incorporating breakfast. Not only did I almost immediately notice I was stronger and had more endurance at the gym but I actually lost 5 pounds in the first week probably due to me going harder and actually getting the calories I needed each day. I was only able to fit in about 1100-1200 calories per day while fasting because I honestly was a little misinformed and was afraid to overeat after loosing so much weight this year. My first question is this, would it be recommended to adjust my caloric intake and macros on rest days and secondly if i'm still trying to loose fat should I still follow the recommended 2200 calories a day with 195g of carbs or adjust for more weight loss. I can't help but to feel like I'm eating too much on days i'm not working out. I went to IIFYM and got those numbers but feel like the calories and carbs may be a little high for still needing to loose fat.
