I have several! One is Silk brand soy eggnog. It’s so delicious, and I absolutely cannot control myself around real eggnog. The Silk brand one is much healthier for my life.

The other is I love whole wheat gingerbread. It doesn’t make it that much healthier, but it does at least provide a little extra fiber without sacrificing much in texture.

Is there a good egg nog protein drink?

Or maybe I could make a good egg nog protein drink, what with having egg and all?

If you made the eggnog with low-fat milk instead of any cream or half-and-half, and added a little vanilla protein powder in with the other ingredients, it might be pretty good.

I'll be substituting my usual portion control with a big ol' belly bulging, belt loosening, food coma inducing holiday feasting.

I'll be substituting guilt with second helpings, discipline with extra cake and self control with reckless indulgence,

I like this holiday substitution plan! :+1:

I think @Tacklewasher has a good substitute for Ferrero Rocher...

My wife will not let me do this to take into work.

Is it wrong that I know *so* many people I'd love to do this to? :D

Nope. It's only wrong if you actually do it (or so my wife says).
