Yesterday I had a horrible day and didn't get home from work until about 9. There was no cooking in my future. My husband and I went to Chili's and I didn't watch what I ate. I was so upset with myself because I knew the scale would chide me this morning- HOWEVER, I work up with a pound a half lighter today!
