Exercise logging question

Hi Guys
I've started doing my workouts at home but I'm unable to find the type of exercise I am doing on the system. For example, I did some tabata last night for about 20 minutes, and tonight I am doing some boxercise and strong by zumba. I can't find any of these onthe MyFitnessPal site, and I am not confident to record a new exercise. So I have logged it under high intensity aerobics (and in one case its under Zumba), is this right? I want to be as accurate as possible (although I am not always successful) so any advice would be great.
Many thanks in advance

If there's one I'm not sure of I'll pick the closest thing. If there's nothing close then I use an online calculator (just Google Calorie burn calculators) they have alot more exercises on.
For example I do dance cardio.. I log it as either low impact or high impact aerobics (if there's lots of jumping involved)
But I spent about an hour playing with my. Kids a few days ago, running about lifting and all sorts but I used an online calculator.
I don't think anything will be truly accurate but as long as you're close.
Another good thing is to know what your BMR is (basal metabolic rate) this is the amount of calories you burn doing absolutley nothing. (again Google for the calculator) mines around 1650
So I know if I eat lower than 1650 i should have burned everything off and more.1 -
I say use a heart rate monitor when exercising and you’ll get good information closer to the truth.1
