Friends for Pre-Wedding Motivation?

Hi all,
I, for some reason, have lost a lot of motivation and can't seem to get back to my groove.
My wedding is at the end May 2019, and I'd like to begin losing some weight beginning now at a healthy, steady pace.
I'd like to lose about 15 lbs by mid April. I know I can do it, but any motivation from a friendly acquaintance would be nice!
Thanks in advance:)

You got this. I got the same way especially since I wasn’t losing. I think it’s best to set realistic goals for yourself (I learned the hard way), and do things at a pace that works for you.0

There are many supportive folks here at MFP.
Your commitment to your goals is the main driver , no matter if others are there to cheer you on or not.
I can offer this to think on: what about after the wedding? The weight won’t stay off without a different effort from you. Plan now to help avoid yo-yo dieting.
Eventually you will run out of events as a motive for weight loss.
Good luck!0
