It's up the individual's genetics, personal preferences, and other lifestyle issues. There is no one right answer.
A 5'2 Strongman competitor (have one at my gym. She looks AMAZING!) is going to look completely different than someone going for more of a waif-ish look. Neither are right or wrong.4
