Calories over but way under macros

I dont get it. If each macro nutrient has a caloric value, how is it possible that I have all three macros left but over on calories?

People often don't log nutrition values properly in the database, that's why.0

Most likely bad food entries. Be careful to choose entries that are completely filled in and double check that they're accurate.
Also, if you eat a v. high fiber diet it can throw it off since fiber calories aren't the 4cals/gm that regular carbs are, but they're still added in to your total carb macro.0
