Logging Mexican food?

Any suggestions on how to best log a Mexican combo plate that includes a variety of different stuffed enchiladas, along with sauce, side of beans/rice...? Tried to search options and feeling SO confused. Tips?

    Log the items separately and make the best guesstimates you can.

    A local tex-mex chain called "El Chico" has a lot of their menu items in the database. Try that.
